My wife who is my biggest critic says I should take more time over my blog posts. Apparently she’s not happy with my grammar. She says I could do better. Well it’s 12:10am and I’ve had three tequilas (thanks craig and peas) and many many Millers so I cannot vouch for the grammar of this particular post. It was my first Geek Dinner/27 Dinner (whatsitcalled now?), and it was great fun. How amazing to meet so many people on the same pluk. How cool to meet the people behind the blogs, Dave, the famous Tyler Reed, the muso, that seer — Angus from Goozeberry (we’re gonna do business), Simone the ircMaiden, Mr Chilibean who I had met before, but hadn’t seen in a while. The presentations were cool, The Ford with her own font 
, Nic Harawhatsisname who is doing a top notch job on SA Rocks and had people cheering throughout his speech, Dominic White who taught me about Scroogle. It was nice meeting the Stormhoek guy, Graham Knox (who will be contacted by an M&G journo) and being there with Carly who was awesome fun, as usual. I missed the Scott who I was looking forward to seeing and wanted a chance to speak to Andre SC, but alas our vodkas never crossed paths this time…
And for the record, these dudes were sitting at my table. Gosh they were fun.
Bigup to the Stopforth for making it happen. Anyone who builds the online industry, both online media and the blogosphere, is a friend of mine…
