I see the well-read editor’s weblog has published an interview they did with me on the Mail & Guardian Online, here. It’s probably in anticipation for the upcoming World Association of Newspapers conference that will soon be happening in Cape Town. It’s quite a major event — Thabo Mbeki will speak at it I believe. In the interview, they look at the difficult telecoms environment in SA and the general lack of multimedia content found on the SA web. It’s essentially a foreigner’s look at the country’s online media environment, and the Mail & Guardian as a case study in it. What do you think of it?
